The ideal situation is to earn more than you need to live, in other words live within your means.
The following is a list of things for which we need money:
1.Accommodation (renting or owning - this usually starts with a mortgage).
2.Food and clothing.
3.Transport (car, train or bus).
4.Insurances.
5.Leisure.
6.Savings.

Possible monthly bills:
1. Accommodation: 500
2. Food and clothing: 60 (food only)
3. Transport: 100
4. Insurances: 50
5. Leisure: 50
